Senior Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager at HI-LEX is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Program Management Office (PMO) and program management structure. This role leads large-scale projects, coaches and mentors customer and plant program managers, and effectively manages cross-functional teams to execute product development and launch processes. The position also involves setting the example of program management excellence for the organization while driving results through influential leadership.
