Senior Program Manager

This role serves as the customer-facing Program Manager for a Mobile Application solution, focusing on the Washington DC region and managing multi-million dollar fixed-price non-recurring engineering programs. The position is responsible for planning, executing, and controlling intelligent travel applications, such as automated toll-fare collection for rail, subway, and bus systems. The Program Manager ensures engineering solutions are delivered within scope, budget, and schedule while maintaining strong customer relationships and adhering to strict cost controls.
