Senior Program Officer, Human Rights & Policy

The Senior Program Officer, Human Rights & Policy supports the design and implementation of capacity-building activities, policy research, and multi-stakeholder engagement focused on human rights, Freedom of Religion, and Transnational Repression in Costa Rica. The role involves day-to-day program coordination, monitoring and evaluation, and ensuring compliance with IRI and donor policies. The position requires collaboration with local partners, government officials, and technical experts to achieve program objectives.
