Senior Project Associate (Institutional Donor Engagement)

The Senior Project Associate (Institutional Donor Engagement) serves as the focal point for supporting the Mission's engagement with institutional donors in the Netherlands. This role is responsible for managing donor relations, resource mobilization, and stewardship activities while ensuring alignment with IOM's corporate fundraising frameworks. The position coordinates donor engagement initiatives, maintains institutional memory, and supports the implementation of the Mission's fundraising strategy in close collaboration with regional and headquarters offices.
