Senior Project Coordinator

The Senior Project Coordinator will spend most of their time in the field, monitoring contractors and ensuring work is performed safely and efficiently while verifying that all construction aligns with approved engineering designs and quality standards. This role provides constant on-site oversight to ensure process plants, heap leach pads, and ancillary facilities are built correctly and on schedule. The position involves resolving field execution issues immediately and supporting mine operations during equipment transitions.
