Senior Project Engineering Manager

The Senior Project Engineering Manager leads the complete project engineering team to deliver integrated plant solutions spanning Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Generator, HRSG, and Balance of Plant scope. As the primary technical interface with Customers and Partners, this role owns all plant-level technical decisions, including design freeze and risk mitigation, while ensuring full compliance with contractual, regulatory, EHS, and quality requirements. The role involves managing engineering budget and schedule, overseeing customer documentation, and coordinating site support and project handovers.
