About this role

The Senior Project Leader EMC owns the end-to-day ownership, planning, and execution of Electromagnetic Compatibility projects for Philips' IGT-S business. The role acts as a custodian of EMC deliverables by collaborating closely with labs, engineering, quality, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance and timely product release. This position requires hands-on leadership to drive efficient execution, resolve technical issues, and champion patient safety within the medical device lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Own and drive day-to-day EMC project execution within the portfolio
Secure CSA-approved CBTC at least eight weeks before major release
Collaborate with labs and regulatory teams to ensure compliance
Establish and maintain EMC test plans and procedures
Drive resolution of EMC-related technical and operational issues

Qualifications

BS in Electrical Engineering or Electronics EngineeringiNARTE CertificationCISPR-related Qualifications
