Langan seeks a Senior Site/Civil Project Manager to lead design, permitting, and client management efforts for diverse land development projects. This role involves partnership with industry leadership, entrepreneurial business development activities, and overseeing site/civil engineering from concept through completion. The candidate will contribute to a collaborative team serving major developers and infrastructure programs across the U.S. and globally.

Responsibilities

Lead design and permitting for residential, commercial, and institutional projects
Participate in business development and maintain client relationships
Oversee site layout, grading, drainage, and infrastructure from concept to completion
Conduct storm water management design and hydrologic/hydraulic analysis
Integrate geotechnical and environmental engineering within land development projects
