Senior Project Manager - Owners Rep

The Senior Project Manager at T5 Data Centers serves as the owner’s representative, leading end-to-end delivery of large-scale, mission-critical data center construction projects in Texas. The role focuses on managing ground-up, brownfield, and fit-out builds, ensuring projects meet cost, schedule, and quality expectations. This position requires close coordination with clients, engineering firms, contractors, and internal teams to integrate design, construction, commissioning, and turnover. The manager also provides executive-level reporting and contributes to continuous improvement of construction practices across T5’s data center portfolio.
