About this role

The Senior Project Manager will report to the Project Director and work closely with the Development team to lead and oversee the delivery of hyperscale data centre projects. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, on‑time, and on‑budget execution while coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders. The position also involves managing risk, quality, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of hyperscale data centre construction projects
Manage contracts with general contractors, consultants and OSE suppliers
Oversee safety, quality, budget and schedule compliance across the project

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical/civil engineering or construction management
