Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of clinical projects, serving as the primary liaison between Novotech and clients to ensure trials comply with ICH GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements. This role involves leading internal teams, managing project budgets and timelines, mitigating risks, and overseeing site selection, recruitment, and study close-out. The position requires a deep understanding of the drug development process and the ability to manage complex, multi-country studies.
