Senior Project Manager

Life Time Property Development is seeking a Senior Project Manager to serve as the owner's lead for large, complex high-rise multifamily and mixed-use construction projects valued between $75 million and $250 million+. This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle from pre-development through design, procurement, construction, and closeout, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and schedule. The position requires strong leadership to manage contractors, design teams, and stakeholders while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and cost control.
