Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager serves as the Employer's representative to oversee the entire design and construction process for the new Annex building at PAHQ, from initial design through to project closure and final accounts. This role involves managing internal stakeholders, outsourced consultants, and contractors to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets all strategic and operational objectives. The position requires liaising with external parties and monitoring site progress to ensure safety and operational continuity during construction.
