Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager leads multiple strategic, cross-functional projects from initiation through closure while driving measurable improvements in operational effectiveness across the organization. This position combines disciplined project management with process management and continuous improvement expertise, applying Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies to analyze, design, standardize, and optimize business processes. The role also involves building and maturing enterprise project management and continuous improvement processes and tools, supporting the organization through training, documentation, coaching, and mentorship.
