The Senior Project Manager leads individual projects of larger size or greater complexity, supervising other Project Managers and guiding assigned Project Teams to ensure adherence to contract documents and exceed owner expectations. This role is directly responsible for projected costs, profits, and the successful delivery of construction projects through effective planning, negotiation, and team leadership. The position requires strong expertise in project management techniques, contract administration, and fostering a culture of integrity and safety.
