Bachelor’s degree in construction management, quantity surveying, engineering, or related field or equivalent combination of education/experience8+ years' progressive experience in project scheduling for heavy civil transportation or transit projectsDeep knowledge of rail and roadway transportation projects and disciplinesExperience developing construction schedules from preliminary and/or conceptual plansDevelop and document the basis of schedule development, including assumptions, duration calculations, sequencing logic, and key constraints
