Senior Property Manager

The Senior Property Manager oversees the day-to-day management and administration of Vantage Aviation's commercial real estate portfolio, including aircraft hangars, office space, and ramp tie-down areas. This role serves as the primary liaison between leasing, legal, operations, and tenants to ensure lease agreements are properly executed and properties are maintained to the highest standards. The position manages the full lifecycle of commercial lease administration, tenant relations, and capital improvement projects while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
