Senior Property Manager

Independent Management Services is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee property management operations, budget management, marketing, leasing, and landlord/tenant relations for multiple communities. The role involves leading a team of Site Managers, office, and maintenance personnel while fostering relationships with residents, vendors, and property ownership. The ideal candidate will have experience with Tax Credit Compliance, EIV, and HUD Section 8 subsidy programs, as well as knowledge of REAC and MOR compliance.
