About this role

The Senior QC Engineer – Mechanical Erection is responsible for ensuring quality compliance during the erection, installation, inspection, and testing of boiler pressure components such as water‑wall panels, economizers, headers, and related piping systems. The role involves leading QC inspections, verifying adherence to drawings, procedures and standards, and managing documentation, non‑conformances and testing support on site.

Responsibilities

Lead QC inspections for mechanical erection activities
Verify compliance with IFC drawings, method statements and ITPs
Coordinate and review welding and NDT documentation and reports
Manage RFIs, NCRs and corrective action processes
Support hydrostatic pressure testing and pre‑commissioning activities
