Senior Quality Engineer

The Senior Quality Engineer will establish and build the quality foundation for xCell, driving root cause analysis, supplier quality management, and process improvements from supplier inputs through manufacturing execution. This role involves leading structured investigations, developing inspection criteria, and collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure quality is designed into the product. The position requires a strong background in aerospace or defense manufacturing to support continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
