Reporting to the VP of Manufacturing, this role maintains ISO 9001 certification at the Melbourne site, leads the Gold Coast site through its initial certification, and develops a roadmap for AS9100D compliance. The position requires a hands-on leader to build quality foundations across two sites, working directly with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
