Senior Quality Program Manager

The Senior Quality Program Manager facilitates quality improvement programs to standardize care delivery and promote high-value care at Swedish. This role leads the design, implementation, and sustainment of prioritized quality goals by managing complex, cross-functional quality programs at a campus or health system level. The position supports an effective quality management system under the direction of Quality Division leadership.
