Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Senior Quantity Surveyor manages commercial administration, reporting, and performance for large or multiple smaller construction schemes. This role involves overseeing subcontractor documentation, managing change and compensation events, and producing detailed cost plans and monthly reports. The position requires strong stakeholder management and expertise in standard forms of contract, particularly NEC3/4 Option C.
