Senior R&D Technical Project Manager

Commonwealth Fusion Systems is seeking a Senior R&D Technical Project Manager to join the Project Management Office and drive next-generation High-Temperature Superconducting magnet systems. This role involves managing a portfolio of R&D projects, acting as a technical liaison with executive and engineering teams, and leading cross-functional teams through production ramp-up. The position requires delivering complex first-of-a-kind projects from concept to prototype while managing technical tradeoffs, risks, and schedules.
