Senior React Systems Architect at Johnson Law Group to define the architecture and technical direction of a next-generation React-based CMS that will power global websites, campaigns, and client experiences. The role partners with the Director of Marketing Operations and backend engineers to translate business goals into a scalable technical roadmap, drive performance and PageSpeed improvements, and guide a multi-developer environment. The architect will establish coding standards, component architecture and lifecycle rules, integrate advanced experiences (e.g., 3D/analytics), and mentor a junior React developer.
