The Lead Receptionist oversees front-desk and concierge operations, ensuring a professional image and exceptional service for employees and visitors. This role provides oversight of visitor intake, phone handling, temporary badge/access management, and coordinates with client services leadership. The position is cross-trained to support mail, shipping, hospitality, and light facilities tasks and is responsible for training backups and maintaining front-desk procedures. The Lead Receptionist operates onsite and reports to Client Services leadership.
