Poseidon Aerospace
As Poseidon Aerospace's inaugural Talent Acquisition leader, you will build the recruiting function from scratch to hire specialized engineers, pilots, and operators for their autonomous cargo aircraft programs. This role involves designing end-to-end hiring processes, developing sourcing strategies within the aerospace and defense sectors, and serving as a strategic partner to leadership on workforce planning. You will be the first point of contact for candidates while establishing infrastructure to support the company's rapid scaling.
