Senior Recruiter

The Senior Recruiter will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for key positions across the MTA, partnering with senior leadership and hiring managers to source and fill hard‑to‑fill and critical roles. The role involves developing innovative talent acquisition strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and mentoring junior acquisition staff while ensuring compliance and a positive candidate experience.
