Senior Recruiter

Theori is seeking a Senior Recruiter to build and own the full-cycle recruiting function for its North American team, focusing on sales, marketing, operations, and engineering roles. This position involves managing the entire hiring process from intake to onboarding, establishing recruiting processes and tooling, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have experience building recruiting functions at early-stage companies and the ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
