About this role

The Senior Regional Pharmacy Consultant serves as a strategic subject matter expert for HUB International's National Pharmacy Practice, partnering with market leaders to drive client growth and retention. This role involves providing consultative support, developing regional pharmacy strategy, mentoring junior consultants, and utilizing data analytics to justify pharmacy benefit solutions for mid-to-large employers. Candidates will work closely with PBM decision support tools to expand client relationships within the employee benefits space.

Responsibilities

Serves as a trusted advisor providing pharmacy thought leadership regionally
Drives sales growth by expanding mid and large employer client relationships
Partners with and trains financial consultants and account management personnel
Provides detailed pharmacy analysis using HUB analytics and PBM tools
Mentors Regional Pharmacy Consultants and leads regional strategy development
