Senior Regulatory & Compliance Manager

The Senior Regulatory & Compliance Manager will lead regulatory strategy and execution for Chewy’s Private Brands, ensuring products meet applicable global, federal, and state safety, labeling, packaging, and chemical requirements. This senior individual contributor role partners with Product Development, Quality, Sourcing, Brand Management, and Legal to shape policies, mitigate regulatory risk, and support product lifecycle integrity. The position provides high-visibility influence across the organization and builds regulatory capability to enable innovation and long-term growth.
