About this role

Anduril Industries is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join the team dedicated to ensuring the survivability and consistent performance of autonomous defense systems across the full product lifecycle. This role involves partnering with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams to conduct predictive reliability analysis, lead failure investigations, and develop robust qualification test plans. The engineer will champion reliability from early concept design through production scale-up and fielded operations, utilizing data-driven methods to drive continuous design and process improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead Failure Modes and Effects Analysis efforts with engineering teams
Perform predictive reliability analysis to calculate probability of loss
Develop and execute comprehensive qualification and validation test plans
Lead root-cause failure investigations from factory floor and field returns
Develop and implement standardized reliability processes and infrastructure
