Senior Research Administrator

The Senior Research Administrator serves as the administrative leader for the day-to-day operations of research within the Department, overseeing strategic management, fiscal activities, and staff supervision. This role partners with cancer center leadership to translate strategic vision into operational execution, ensuring alignment of infrastructure and resources across research, clinical investigation, education, and community outreach missions. The position is accountable for advancing strategic initiatives, monitoring performance, and building the organizational capacity necessary to support scientific growth and progress toward National Cancer Institute designation.
