The Senior Researcher at DEPT leads end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research projects and helps shape the monthly Category Signals programme to deliver repeatable, scalable insights. They translate complex findings into clear, actionable stories that inform brand, media, creative and product decisions while helping build a fast, inventive research function. The role supports training and mentoring, connects insights to follow-on offerings, and works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure impact.
