Sail Biomedicines
The Senior Research Associate will join Sail Biomedicines' Immunology Platform and Applications group to design and execute in vitro and in vivo immunology experiments, including immune cell isolation, functional assays, tissue processing, and high‑parameter flow cytometry. The role focuses on generating high‑quality data to advance the company’s programmable RNA and nanoparticle technology platform for therapeutic applications.
Sail Biomedicines is a Flagship Pioneering company focused on building a new class of RNA medicines that act directly inside the body, pioneering In Vivo CAR-T at scale to reset autoimmunity and deliver durable disease remission. Its integrated platform combines Endless RNA (eRNA) — a translatable circular RNA for sustained protein expression — with targeted nanoparticles (TNPs) that deliver eRNA payloads to specific immune cells in lymphoid tissues. Sail aims to develop off-the-shelf, potentially curative CAR-T cell therapies for patients with immune-mediated diseases.
