Senior research engineers will join NVIDIA’s Autonomous Vehicles Research team to advance AI models and publish cutting-edge research in areas such as agent behavior, end-to-end AV architectures, and foundation models for autonomous driving. The role balances fundamental, publishable research with opportunities to influence NVIDIA products and collaborate across simulation, robotics, hardware, and product teams. Candidates are expected to operate autonomously within a collaborative, interdisciplinary research environment.
