About this role

The Senior Research Scientist will work within Invinity’s Technology Group to advance next-generation materials and designs for vanadium redox flow batteries. Based primarily in the lab, the role focuses on leading and managing R&D programmes, including experimental design, characterisation, and test method development. The position involves close collaboration with internal teams, external research partners, and suppliers. It also includes mentoring junior scientists and providing technical guidance across the company to support product and production improvements.
