Senior Research Scientist

The Senior Research Scientist will join Dr. Anthony Khong's Lab at the Cancer Science Institute, National University of Singapore, to investigate the fundamental mechanisms of RNA therapeutics and how RNA-based drugs escape endolysosomes. The role involves leading image-based arrayed CRISPR screens and dissecting protein pathways related to endolysosome rupture caused by lipid nanoparticles. This position requires extensive molecular biology expertise and the ability to integrate advanced techniques such as CRISPR screening and proteomics.
