AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Resident MEP Engineer based in Saudi Arabia or the UAE to oversee the erection, testing, and commissioning of packaged units, fire protection systems, and HVAC infrastructure. The role involves coordinating with subcontractors and civil teams, preparing technical drawings, and ensuring compliance with international standards such as NFPA and ASHRAE. This position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP engineering with a focus on site execution and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

Oversee erection and commissioning of MEP package units and ducted splits
Coordinate fire protection system testing and sprinkler installation operations
Prepare red-marked and as-built drawings for mechanical and electrical services
Resolve site-related issues by liaising with subcontractors and clients
Ensure compliance with NFPA, ASHRAE, and ASME standards for deliverables
