The Senior Resident Engineer reports to the Engineer of Construction and supports the Chief and Deputy Chief of Construction, overseeing day-to-day contractor activities at PATH. This role manages construction contracts, coordinates with facility operations, monitors inspections, and handles contract administration and budgeting.
