About this role

The Senior Retail Operations Specialist supports the Retail Operations Manager in driving HOKA Retail’s operational priorities and capability building. The role focuses on business analysis, commercial planning, retail systems and processes, operational project coordination, incentive planning, and execution tracking. The position works closely with retail stores, Global teams, and cross-functional partners to translate business priorities into clear actions and deliverables.

Responsibilities

Analyze retail KPIs and prepare performance reports to identify business opportunities
Support commercial planning and coordinate cross-functional retail operations projects
Develop retail processes and manage incentive plans with finance team collaboration
