Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst

The Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst works within the Lumini's Health Revenue Integrity department to lead complex revenue integrity initiatives across multiple clinical areas. The role serves as the primary subject matter expert for charge capture, coding, and charge reconciliation processes, providing strategic recommendations to improve revenue capture, regulatory compliance, and reimbursement outcomes. It also involves leading audits, education, and cross‑functional collaboration to optimize charge capture and reduce denials.
