About this role

An experienced Senior RF Module Design/Development Engineer is needed to join the Module Development Section within the RF Microelectronics/Module Development & Foundry Services department. The role focuses on designing power combining structures, capabilities, and transitions for RF/microwave modules containing GaAs- and GaN-based MMIC products. This position supports both existing production technologies and next-generation products in development.

Responsibilities

Design RF structures and transitions for multi-layer RF modules
Perform 3D electromagnetic simulations of power combining structures
Troubleshoot RF modules during prototyping and development phases

Skills

Qualifications

BS degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering & Math (STEM) FieldMaster's degree or PhD. in a Science, Technology, Engineering & Math (STEM) FieldActive and transferable U.S. government issued security clearanceDoD Clearance: Secret
