About this role

An experienced Senior RF/Microwave Test Engineer will join the engineering characterization team to design test systems and perform on-wafer and fixtured testing of GaN and GaAs semiconductor devices and MMICs for defense applications. The role involves supporting existing production technologies and next-generation products in development for radar, communications, and electronic warfare systems. This position requires a strong understanding of RF/Microwave electronics, test equipment, network analysis, and Labview programming.

Responsibilities

Perform RF/microwave/millimeter-wave measurements on GaAs and GaN devices
Assemble RF/microwave/millimeter-wave test systems
Mentor less experienced test engineers
