About this role

The Senior Risk Manager, GRC Systems will lead the strategic direction and evolution of Transamerica's governance, risk, and compliance platforms and data governance capabilities. This role partners with business leaders, technology, compliance, finance, audit, and risk professionals to enhance risk management, improve data quality, and support enterprise risk processes.

Responsibilities

Provide end‑to‑end ownership of GRC platforms
Lead integration of GRC platform with enterprise systems
Establish and enforce data governance and auditability standards
Drive enterprise‑wide adoption of GRC platform and risk taxonomy
Define and execute risk data strategy and analytics
