The E&C Risk Governance Lead is a senior legal role within Shell’s Ethics & Compliance Office (SECO), reporting to the VP of Ethics & Compliance Data, Assurance & Risk Governance. The position focuses on maintaining and enhancing the ethics and compliance risk management framework and governance structures in line with the Shell Performance Framework. It operates across legal SMEs and business teams to ensure robust oversight and reporting to senior stakeholders.
