Senior Road Expert - Highways Design

This role provides independent senior highway engineering expertise and technical leadership for a major mixed-use development programme in Saudi Arabia. The position acts as a trusted advisor to ensure highway designs are technically robust, compliant, safe, and constructible while supporting efficient project delivery. The successful candidate will drive governance, manage design resources, and facilitate stakeholder engagement and authority approvals.
