The Start-up Specialist is a field-based clinical integration role within Medtronic’s Surgical Robotics Utilization team focused on deploying the HUGO™ robotic-assisted surgery system across hospitals in EMEA. The role supports establishment and growth of hospital robotic surgery programs through collaboration with surgeons, clinical teams, and hospital stakeholders. The position is based in Poland (ideal locations Katowice/Wrocław) and requires extensive travel.
