OnTheGoSystems
A Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer will own complex features from design to production, building scalable backend systems and integrating AI/LLM technologies to enhance product quality. The role requires making strong technical decisions on architecture, performance, and reliability while collaborating across teams to deliver value-driven solutions. Candidates should balance hands-on engineering with pragmatic judgment regarding when to apply advanced AI versus deterministic approaches.
OnTheGoSystems is a remote team of tech enthusiasts, innovators, creatives, and engineers. Together, we build products that allow businesses of all sizes to go global.
