Senior Sales Manager, Groups and Mice

The Senior Sales Manager, Groups and Mice is responsible for proactively soliciting and managing business within the Groups and MICE segment to achieve revenue goals and maximize profitability for the hotel. This senior role leads the implementation of the brand’s sales strategy, develops long-term customer relationships, and collaborates with internal departments and Marriott above-property sales teams to drive revenue and ensure excellent service delivery. The position focuses on managing a profile of Corporate and Third parties in groups and conferences while utilizing Marriott sales systems to track production and maintain account activity.
